The carers have been great with her (Mum), gently encouraging her to mobilise, listening to her wishes and keeping her safe whilst she is out (Mum would otherwise get lost)… they were lovely once again at gently encouraging Mum within her flat, despite the fact that this support was not always welcomed by Mum initially! As a family we have always felt supported by the admin team at USC.
