Unique Senior Care Top 20 Home Care Service Provider Award 2021 to 2025 colour logo

One of the Top 20 Home Care Groups in 2025 - homecare.co.uk

Unique have been brilliant. Everything I said we needed has been provided in a friendly, professional and cheerful manner. I was concerned that my wife would struggle to accept help but the lady who comes is the same one each time, which was something we requested, has built up a good relationship with her.

Neville R (Husband of Client)

Unique have brought peace of mind with their professional and very caring service. From the first phone call, and then every subsequent staff member I met, gave me a feeling of confidence. I now personally understand why Unique comes highly recommended as I too have nothing but praise for the service offered by Unique.

K B (Daughter of Client)

Unique senior home care did a great job of looking after Mum so I could have a short break. We were introduced to the team and carers prior to the days we requested and were very friendly and made Mum feel comfortable. The whole process went very smoothly and we will be getting in touch again for the next break.

K M (Daughter of Client)

I commenced using Unique in 2023 but after a couple of years changed to another Agency who offered a cheaper service. However, I quickly came to the conclusion that you get what you pay for and after 6 months I asked Unique to take me back, They happily agreed and I have been with them ever since.

C M (Client)

After doing lots of research for a suitable care agency for my mum who has dementia, I have been so impressed with Unique Senior Care. They are quick to respond to queries and have ensured that Mum had the best possible match with a carer who would get on well with her. Two weeks ago, Mum was completely against having any help at home; but today she was so grateful to have assistance in getting ready to go out to her day centre -and so was I!

A C (Daughter of Client)

I could not ask for better care. Carers always willing to respect and carry out my requests with a smile. Every need is met.

RG (Client)
