After my initial phone call I was quickly put in touch with the new client manager and arrangements made for her to visit my father.
"I have felt supported throughout the process and very happy with the choice of caregiver. My father has been treated with respect and kindness by everyone concerned."

Care usually starts within a week. Your Care Manager will attend on day one and check in again on day seven.
Step 1 - Choosing the right home care provider
We understand this might feel like a big decision, and it’s normal to have lots of questions.
The good news is, you’re already on the right path by exploring your options. Now it’s about finding the care that feels right for your loved one.
Our role is to make things clear and straightforward, so you can feel reassured and confident about the next steps. We’ll help guide you through every stage, ensuring we use all of our experience to ensure that you find the support that’s best for your family.
Step 2 - Making Your homecare enquiry
Getting in touch might feel like a big decision, but it doesn’t need to be. When you’re ready, you can either give us a call or fill out a form, and we’ll call you back.
This is simply a friendly chat where you can ask questions and share your thoughts as to what you think you need. There’s no pressure to make decisions right away - we’re here to listen and understand what’s most important to you.
Whether it's talking through potential costs, the role of The Care Quality Commission or lots of "what if" questions, we will do our very best to make sure you have all of the facts that you need to feel in control and to make an informed decision.
Step 3 - Arrange a consultation
After making contact, the next stage is a face-to-face consultation, which we can usually arrange within a couple of days.
These appointments are free of charge and an opportunity to meet with us in person, where we’ll take the time to understand your loved one’s needs, daily routines, and preferences.
During this visit, we’ll also carry out a risk assessment and can offer advice on any home adaptations that might help make life easier.
Family members are welcome to be involved too, so everyone feels comfortable and informed. This consultation is your chance to share what matters most, so together we can create a tailored care plan that fits smoothly into your loved one’s life.
Step 4 - Crafting your person-centred care plan
Once we have a clear picture of your family’s needs, we’ll work together to create a personalised care plan that works for you.
This plan covers everything – from the type of care and the daily schedule that works best, to how a person prefers to be supported. It also outlines important details such as personal care routines, medication support, and how any risks will be safely managed.
We know that needs can change over time, so our care packages are designed to be flexible and adapt as your situation evolves. And because we’re a fully managed service regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), you can trust that everything is overseen properly.
From managing the care plan to coordinating the details with your Caregiver, we take care of the practicalities so you can focus on what matters most.
Step 5 - Meeting your homecare team
We understand that having someone new come into your home can feel like a big change, so we make sure it’s the right match from the beginning.
We carefully select a small, consistent team of caregivers who not only meet your care needs but also share common interests and personalities, helping to build real connections.
In most cases, we're able to get care all in place within a week of you reaching out. For live-in care, your dedicated Care Manager will visit on the first day and again on day seven to ensure everything is going smoothly and to make any adjustments if needed.
Likewise for hourly care, a manager will attend the first visit to introduce your caregiver, making sure the transition is comfortable and trust starts to form from the very beginning.
Step 6 - Ongoing support and monitoring of your care service
We believe that ongoing support and regular assessments are essential to ensure your care remains exactly what’s needed. We stay in close communication, regularly checking in to see how things are going and gathering your feedback to make any necessary adjustments.
You’re also welcome to reach out to your support team at any time to discuss changes, raise concerns, or simply ask questions.
Our goal is to ensure your care adapts seamlessly as life changes, offering comfort, reassurance, and peace of mind every step of the way.
Step 7 - Regular reviews and adjustments to your care plan
Life is always evolving, and care should evolve with it. That’s why we why we regularly review your care plan to ensure it’s still the right fit.
These reviews are an opportunity to assess how well the current plan is working and to make any necessary updates based on changes in your loved one’s health or routine.
Whether it’s a small tweak or a larger adjustment, we’ll make sure they're always getting the right level of care. This ongoing flexibility helps maintain the individual's quality of life while giving you reassurance that they’re always receiving the right care and support.
