How our service works

We begin with a friendly chat to understand your care needs, mobility, health, and holiday preferences. This helps us create a personalised plan to support you or your loved one while away, whether for a short UK break or a longer trip abroad.
Before the holiday, we carry out a full assessment to agree the right level of care and identify any support needed for personal care, medication, or mobility. You or your family choose the destination and arrange the travel, and we make sure the right Caregiver and support are in place.
During the holiday, care is provided by a trained professional who understands the needs of older adults. They can help with daily routines, medication prompts, mobility, meals, and companionship, giving peace of mind to everyone involved. Families receive regular updates and reassurance throughout the trip.
Why choose Unique Senior Care?
Fully Managed Care
You get a fully managed service, not an agency. Every caregiver is employed, trained and supported so you can feel confident about who’s coming into your home.

Award-winning training
Your caregivers are trained to the highest standards. Our Princess Royal Training Award recognises the in-depth, face-to-face training that helps them give the best support.
