Can I meet the Caregiver before they start?

We can often arrange a video call to introduce your Caregiver but it isn't always possible to meet them face to face due to the nature of our home care arrangements. For example, one of our carers may live, or be supporting somebody many miles away before taking care of your loved one.Rest assured, your care manager will carry out a detailed assessment to ensure you are matched with the most appropriate Caregiver and you will be able to read their full profile before they start. If you have any concerns with your carer you can raise them at any time.
