We provide a broad spectrum of services, ranging from an hour of companionship care each week through to 24-hours-a-day, seven-days-a-week care. Because our care is tailored to suit the needs of each individual client, the cost of at-home care varies greatly. If you would like to discuss developing a care plan for yourself or a loved one, you can speak to our experienced team by filling in your details on the contact us page

Wherever possible, we try to ensure that the same Caregiver visits every time. On the occasions that this isn’t possible, we would never send a stranger. During the process of developing your care plan, we gather lots of information about your likes and dislikes, hobbies and interests, to ensure that our Caregivers are carefully matched to their clients.

Yes. Whether it is just a few hours off to go shopping or 24-hour care while you take a well-earned break, we understand the importance of having access to high-quality respite care that leaves you secure in the knowledge your loved one is in safe and professional hands.

Yes, our support is tailored to meet the needs of each individual. We develop a bespoke care plan for each of our clients to ensure that their needs are being met in a way that suits them.

Everyone who applies to become a Caregiver with us is screened for their suitability for the role. They undergo in-depth pre-employment checks, including provision of four references (which are vigilantly checked) and complete background screening. Additionally, they must attend our extensive induction training course before a client is placed in their care.

  • Wherever possible we always send the same person, and we will never send a stranger.

  • Our Caregivers are carefully matched with their clients. This ensures they build meaningful relationships

  • We pride ourselves on always being punctual. We are always there when you need us.

  • Our Caregivers don’t wear uniforms – instead they look like a family member or friend.

  • We don’t believe short visits are enough time to deliver proper care. With us it’s always a minimum of an hour.

  • We only employ staff who we would allow to look after our own loved ones
