First, you’ll speak to one of our experienced care experts, who’ll take time to understand your situation and needs. We’ll arrange a free home visit within days, so we can learn about your loved one’s health, routines and home environment.
Next, we’ll create a personalised care plan that fits your exact needs, whether that’s short-term support for a few days or longer respite while you take time away. We’ll carefully match you with a carer whose personality and experience suit your family best.
Your chosen carer then moves in to provide 24-hour support. They’ll help with everything from personal care and mobility assistance to cooking, companionship and household tasks. Because it all happens in your own home, your loved one stays surrounded by familiar sights, sounds and routines. This means you can leave with total peace of mind that your loved one will be supported.
We’ll check in on day one, after the first week, and stay in touch throughout to make sure everything is working smoothly.
