How our continence care works

Our continence care starts with a free home assessment, where an experienced care coordinator visits to understand your loved one’s toileting needs, routines, and comfort levels. From there, we design a personalised continence care plan that fits around their lifestyle, including toileting schedules, hydration reminders, skin protection, and emotional reassurance.
Your dedicated carer will be carefully matched to your family member and trained in all aspects of continence care for the elderly, including safe handling, infection prevention and techniques that preserve dignity at all times.
We review the plan regularly and adapt it as needs evolve, ensuring your family feels supported at every step. Whether your loved one has mild bladder concerns or complex needs linked to dementia or mobility, we provide gentle , reliable care that helps them remain independent and comfortable at home.
