They (carers) were punctual, professional, good cooks and most of all caring and human. We always felt very comfortable with them in our house. Unique Senior Care were very efficient in providing us with such good carers and were very responsive when our requirements changed at short notice.

John R (Husband of Client)

The team at Unique Care are simply the best as my late father would say, their attention to detail and ability to change the care my dad received from week to week was amazing. I can't thank them enough, I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Anthony B (Son of Client)

Unique Senior Care has been a real help with my dad, who has just reached the time when he needed to get some extra help at home. He has been very happy with the homecarers and they have all done a brilliant job... The staff and supervisors have all been very understanding, and all admin has been handled super efficiently.

Joy M (Daughter of Client)

From day one, they took the time to understand our family's situation and created a high-quality, personalised care plan that fits our needs perfectly... caregivers like Grace and Naheed - along with the rest of their unique team - are incredibly kind, warm, and friendly. They make a stressful situation so much easier. Their communication is excellent and they keep us constantly informed and are always quick to respond to any questions.

Steven S (Son of Client)

The onboarding was made particularly easy, and the selection of a small team of carers made the process both easy for ourselves and, more importantly, for mum. The team in Kenilworth are thorough, proactive and communication between the parties has been excellent. Thank you for helping mum get the most enjoyment from continuing to live independently (with a little help!) at home.

C K (Son of Client)

All four carers that have helped me with my husband, who has advanced Dementia, could not be kinder. One plays cards with him so patiently, one cleans windows beautifully, and two notice things that may not be on the list I leave and just do them. I would not be happy or able to continue with my hobby if I did not feel comfortable leaving my husband with all these lovely carers.

How our Specialist & Complex Care works

Specialist & Complex Care starts with understanding the whole picture. We look at someone’s health needs, daily routines, risks, and what matters most to them at home. This allows us to plan care carefully, rather than reacting day by day.

Much of the support we provide is rooted in strong in-house training and experience. Carers are trained to support personal care, mobility, comfort, medication routines, and day-to-day living in a way that is safe, consistent, and familiar. This forms the foundation of complex care at home.

Where someone’s needs go beyond everyday care, we work closely with healthcare professionals already involved, such as District Nurses or community teams. If a professional has recommended a specific way something should be done, Carers are trained and guided by that professional before supporting it at home. This ensures everyone is clear, confident, and working in the same way.

Care is overseen and reviewed regularly. As health needs change, care plans are adjusted so support remains appropriate, safe, and manageable for both the person receiving care and their family.
